2 . Official Receipt

1 . Register for the Pre-Marriage Counseling

2 . Present residence certificate together with the Official receipt

3 . Attend pre- marriage counseling seminar

4 . Receive Pre- Marriage counseling certificate and affix signature in the log book as proof of the receipt there of.
