2 . Monthly Meeting report of the Association (1 original copy)
3 . Request Letter for skills livelihood training (state the kind of training they want to avail) (1 original copy)
Procedures
1 . Submit the monthly financial report and update of the monthly meeting of the association
2 . Submit request letter and take note of the schedule given and list of supplies and materials needed for the training
3 . Attend the skills livelihood training
