1 . Letter request from association signed by the President
2 . Land Titled/tax declaration (1 original copy)
3 . Sketch plan, with technical and topographic map (if available)
4 . Consent from landowner (1 original copy)
Procedures
1 . Submit letter request from Association President to inspect and evaluate the land proposed by the association for housing, with attached documents.
2 . Association president will be notified by the HRO technical support personnel, on the date of the land inspection.
3 . Association president will follow-up and get the site evaluation report and the proposed subdivision scheme of the land.
