Procedures
1 . Proceed and report physical injuries incident to Child Welfare Office, with the child victim
2 . Proceed to PNP for police blotter and execution of the affidavit for minor
3 . Proceed to the City Health Office for medical examination
4 . Receive the child victim for protective custody
