Procedures

1 . Customer / Applicant to apply Zoning Clearance

with complete document in support to the application such as building permit form with set of technical drawings, land ownership and other documents.

2 . Filled up Zoning Application forms and notarize / Pay Zoning Fees in a form of PMO/Cheques to bank/post office

3 . Submit notarized application forms/Zoning Fees in a form of PMO/Cheques
