Requirements
1 . Pet or animal must be owned by the client
2 . Pet owner must have a valid reason for voluntary impounding
Procedures
1 . Visits the office to requests for assistance
2 . Fills up the voluntary form
3 . Pays the required fee
4 . agrees on the scheduled appointment
5 . Prepares the pet to be surrendered while waiting for the City Pound personnel to pick up the animal
6 . Assists in the restraint of the pet
