1 . Court Order (1 original copy)

2 . Drug Dependency Examination (1 original copy)

3 . Admission Note Order (1 original copy)

Procedures

1 . Present valid I.D to Guard in charge. Present the admission note order. Check client/visitors for body search. Submit belongings for inspection. Leave things to the depository counter.

2 . Fill-up Log Book properly, for clients/visitors statistics

3 . Endorse the client to ADMIN
