Procedures
1 . Calls or visits the office to schedule the operation
2 . Brings the dog/cat on the scheduled date to the City Veterinarian’s Office
3 . Gives the necessary information (name, address, age, sex, breed and species) to the assigned recorder
4 . Signs the waiver
5 . Allows his dog/cat for weighing
6 . Pet owner waits while the Veterinarian prepare the pre-anesthetics
7 . Restrains the animal for the administration of the pre-anesthetic drug
8 . Brings their dog/cat to the shaving area
9 . Brings their dog/cat to the surgery table
10 . Waits while the Veterinarian perform the operation
11 . Brings the dog/cat to the recovery area and waits for the animal to recover Pet owner receives the postoperative care advice from the Veterinarian
