Requirements

1 . Must be resident of Iligan City

2 . Animal/s must have an updated vaccination as follows: (Include details of the vaccine)

 a. Dogs/cats, Rabies 2 weeks to 1 year with vaccine details prior to shipment 

b. Chickens. Newcastle Disease 2 weeks to 6 months prior to shipment 

c. Swine, Classical Swine Fever 2 weeks to 6 months prior to shipment 

3 . .Breeders (large ruminants, swine, poultry), horses, goats, ducks must show negative results for tests prescribed by the Department of Agriculture.

4 . PNP Clearance

Procedures

1 . Brings animal to be transported/shipped for examination

2 . Gives name, telephone/ cellphone number, complete address and animal’s destination

3 . Pays and receives the Veterinary Health Certificate and corresponding Official Receipt
