Requirements

1 . Identification Card

2 . Borrower’s Card

3 . Certificate from the Barangay (1 original copy)

4 . Certification from the COMELEC (1 original copy)

Procedures

1 . Note: Only pen, paper and personal belongings could be brought inside

2 . Present valid I.D. and other requirements to desk-in- charge.

3 . Fill-up logbook properly for user’s statistics.

4 . Check the card catalog to verify if the book is available in the library

-In a slip of paper, copy the call number, author and title of the book

5 . Give the slip to the Librarian for guidance

6 . Locate the book on the shelf, if the book is not on location, refer again to the librarian.
