3 . Filled up adoption form

4 . Knowledge of RA 9482/9485 Responsible Pet Ownership

Procedures

1 . Visit the office to inquire available pet animals for adoption

2 . Fill up the adoption form and agreement and proceed to the Legal Office

3 . Submit the filled-up adoption application form and the notarized adoption agreement

4 . Pay the Redemption Fee

5 . Proceed to the City pound and present the Official Receipt -Receive the animal
