1 . Credentials for large animals

2 . Cut-off time for ante-mortem inspection 8:00PM

3 . Veterinary health certificate

Procedures

1 . Delivers livestock to the City Abattoir for slaughter.

2 . Waits while the Meat inspector examine the animal

 • Presents the required documents to the Meat Inspector for evaluation. 

• Unloads animals to the lairage receiver area for scheduling 

3 . Waits for their carcasses to be delivered at their establishment/stall
