Requirements
1 . Bring the sick pet animal for evaluation
2 . Bring immunization card (for pet animal) if there is any:
Procedures
1 . Signs in the office registry client logbook
2 . Presents the sick animal to the attending Veterinarian and provides vital information relative to the animal’s condition
3 . Waits while the Veterinarian checks the animal
4 . Assists the Veterinarian/technician in restraining the animal during treatment
5 . Receives Veterinarian’s recommendation and prescription
