Note: “The advice upon the intended marriage of couple not having been obtained or having been refused, the marriage shall not take place till after three months following completion of the publication, on date of the application for the marriage license.”

*Legal Capacity to contract marriage or Certificate of no Impediment from his/her consular office in the Philippines.
*Photocopy of Passport – includes arrival – departure entries.
