Procedures

1 . Present valid I.D to Guard in charge. Present the discharge note order. Check client significant others for body search. Leave things to the depository counter

2 . Fill-up Log Book properly for visitors statistics

3 . Endorse the client to ADMIN

4 . Present discharge note to Admin for discharge processing

5 . Check Payment Receipts

6 . Discharge Clearance

7 . Belongings to be returned

8 . Client Discharged
