1 . Citation ticket(1 Original copy)

Procedures

1 . Fill out Iligan City Government Registry Form and present required document

2 . Wait for processing and further advise

3 . Pay to the cashier

4 . Return to ICTPMO and wait for processing of cancellation of TCT

5 . Return on scheduled date of orientation/seminar

6 . Wait for instruction and Receive Certificate of Attendance

7 . Get the original copy of Official Receipt
